Quintessential cape cottage, 7-minute walk to a Nantucket Sound beach with facilities and calm, warm, protected waters. 1 mile to downtown Harwichport for dining and shopping. Beach supplies included (beach chairs, umbrella, beach pull-cart and coolers). Enjoy a beach day and rinse off in the outdoor shower, with hot water. Relax on the patio and hammock in the backyard, equipped with both gas and charcoal grills as well as a fire pit! Bring your bikes and enjoy the infamous Cape Cod Rail Trail The space House has modern comforts while maintaining a beach cottage feel. Inside you will find a well-equipped kitchen, including everything you need for a lobstah dinnah, 2 living areas, 2 queen bedrooms, dining for 6 with 4 additional stools in the eat in kitchen and a loft with 2 twin beds. New paint throughout in calming beachside colors, super cozy bedding on all beds. An updated bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring dual shower heads. All linens are included. Starter supply of tissue and toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap provided. The cottage is equipped with central AC and high-speed WiFi internet. TV equipped with Apple TV for access to streaming services above a cozy gas fireplace for chilly nights. There are a variety of games and books for your enjoyment. Additionally there is a washer and dryer available for use in the basement. The house is located a mile from downtown Harwichport which boasts many restaurants, deli’s, coffee shops, watering holes and shopping. It is also located close to dining and shopping in Dennis and Chatham. There are conservation trails less than a 5-minute drive from the cottage and a variety of beaches close by (3 within walking distance). Book a boating or fishing trip from one of the nearby harbors. There are go-karts and mini golf less than 5 minutes away. If you decide you want to venture further out adventures could include a trip to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket via high-speed ferry leaving Hyannis (20 minutes away), a trip to the Cape Cod National Seashore (~35 minutes away) A day trip to Provincetown – beautiful beaches unlimited dining and shopping (~ 60 minutes away).
