Cozy Coastal Hyannis Port Home

This Hyannis Port home is in the ideal location to access everything Cape Cod has to offer - beaches, golfing, restaurants, ferries to the islands, and more. This home is a welcome sanctuary after a day of activities. Come relax and explore while staying in the heart of it all! The space A charming front porch, private back deck, large outdoor shower (usable May through September), expansive farm table, backyard firepit, and gas grill make outdoor living easy in this sweet Cape cottage. Head inside to an airy first floor with a large dining table, cozy living room, and gas fireplace for those cooler nights. The kitchen has updated appliances and is fully equipped. Upstairs, two tranquil bedrooms with queen beds provide a comfortable night's sleep. Air conditioning is available throughout the house, or opt to use the ceiling fan and screen doors let the sea breeze flow through the main floor. Guests will also have access to four beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and four beach towels. Please note, this is our full-time home! We will try to remove as many personal belongings as possible to give you full access to the home, but you may find some of our things tucked away in closets and drawers. If this is a problem or if you intend to stay a week or more, please message me so that we can accommodate you. Other things to note We love our antique home, but with age comes some quirks. All are welcome in our space, but please note for children and those with mobility issues, our interior stairs are steeper and narrower than most. Other spaces that could be hazardous for children and require supervision include the inside gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and 2-3 foot retaining walls around the yard near the flagpole.
