Large bedroom sleeps 3, near AC Convention Center

Large private bedroom can sleep 4 comfortably in a 2 story SHARED home/shared bath, just a few blocks walk to the Convention Center, Tanger Outlets shopping, Train Station, and bus terminal. The space This bedroom is very large, 17' x 11'3" in size! The bedroom itself is private but it is within my shared house so the common areas of the house and the bathroom are shared with others. it's on the 2nd floor upstairs. Guest access The shared common areas of the house include the spacious bathroom, family room, dining area and kitchen. however after 10pm please keep noise levels to a minimum. Please clean up and organize any common area after each use as soon as finish. During your stay You may find me or my roommate home at times, but I'm always available by phone and text if needed. Other things to note This is a large 5 bedrooms share home, so most likely my roommate, myself and/or other Airbnb guests will be here as well during your stay.
