Hi, Salut, Ciao, Hola! Newly bought and refurbished bay-side home shaded by 2 splendid Japanese Maples! Bright and cheerful and only a few blocks from the Leonardo marina and beach and minutes from the Seatreak ferry going in and out of NYC and beyond. You have your own floor, complete with bedroom, big living room and full bathroom, and may use the kitchen and back yard. I speak French, Italian and Spanish so all nationalities welcome! 10% use and occupancy tax to be paid upon arrival please. Your bedroom is small but bright and comfy with a day bed and an additional mattress to sleep another guest. There are drawers and a closet in the room for your use, and a private bathroom and shower. You may access and use the kitchen and keep food in the fridge and cupboards. You may eat outside in the patio or in the dining room, please not in the bedroom or downstairs living area. I'm happy to recommend points of interest specific to your interests and needs. We are a short walk or bike ride to the nearby bay beaches and 5 miles to Sandy Hook. Unique and artsy, Atlantic Highlands, Highlands Sea Bright and Red Bank are neighboring towns with plenty of cafes and restaurants and shops and art galleries. You can bring bikes and bike around to the nearby towns and/or through the many mountain biking trails of Huber and Hartshorne Woods. Whether you are looking for a quiet retreat or are here for business, or with family, we are happy to accommodate your needs. We are child friendly here with lots of baby and toddler toys inside and in the big backyard but also cater to couples, business travelers and friends wanting to get away. We have an enclosed lawn with patio table and chairs with a hammock and lounge chair along with a small bbq so you can really make yourself at home. Plenty of grocery stores and bakeries nearby as well as hiking and biking trails, bay side beaches, cute little towns and a relaxed vibe await you here! We also have strollers and wagons to push and pull the kids and/or beach supplies in!
