Hi, we're Melanie and Richard. We split our time between Greenville, SC and Epworth IA and are happy to offer you the first floor of our simple, but cozy Midcentury home to stay in. The house is located 5 minutes off Highway 20, 15 minutes from Dyersville and the Field of Dreams movie site. Our house is also 20 minutes from historic Dubuque. Additional nearby attractions include the Heritage Trail (biking, running, snowmobiling), Park Farm Winery and Sundown Mountain Ski Resort The space There is off-street parking in the alley, but parking in the street is also available. The listing is for first floor only as we use the upstairs as an apartment when we are in town. If you are interested in renting the upstairs as well, please let us know.
