Bella's Suite is the private, lower level of our home, with a separate entrance. The beautifully decorated space includes living & dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bath, bedroom & a massage room. Our farm is nestled beside 140 acres of beautifully groomed public trails. Feed the cows, read a book on the beach, take a hike or mountain bike, fish for bluegills in our lake, race a pig, skip rocks or canoe in the creek, have a bonfire (S'mores provided) & stargaze the evening sky. Lots to do! Our hobby farm, Stars Hollow, is located 15 min north of historic downtown Cedar Falls and 10 min South of Waverly, IA. Lots to see and do...or choose to simply drink some sweet tea on a swing under a big shade tree or on the beach next to our pristine farm pond. With chickens, ducks, pigs, bees and a milk cow (and her calves;), along with deer, wild turkey, owls and bald eagles... you will experience a true haven of natural beauty. Some nearby attractions: Lost Island Waterpark, John Deere Tractor Museum, Grout & Ice House Museums, several wineries and micro-breweries, historic Downtown Cedar Falls shopping & restaurants, UNI Dome, Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center, several golf courses and much, much more! We truly want to make your stay as relaxing as it is memorable as we share this little piece of heaven with each of you. Once you arrive, we will give you a short tour of the property, the farm animals, the creek and the trail head. We hope you enjoy this property as much as we do! You understand there are potential dangers from swimming, hiking, kayaking, canoeing and interacting with farm animals that may be present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as danger to any person swimming, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, and interacting with farm animals if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes, kayaks, canoes or interacts with farm animals while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, kayaking, canoeing and interacting with farm animals or other injuries on the farm.
