Nature Lovers Waterfront lodge on unspoiled fresh spring fed pond in exclusive Wianno section, less than a mile to our pristine residents beach on Nantucket sound, clamming, shell hunting and boating. Walk, bike, or take the car to downtown Osterville offering upscale shopping and fine dining less than a mile away. Or BBQ, swim, canoe, paddle board or fish in our back yard. A winter wonderland: ice skate or ice fish on the pond. Property abuts the golf course for ultimate privacy. The space Choice of bedroom dependent upon availability.... 1) The full size bedroom or double twin size bedroom on the second floor w/ dedicated hall Bathroom. 2) The king bedroom on the second floor has water views w/dedicated hall bathroom. 3) The twin bed with garden view on first fl with attached bathroom. Bed Linens and towel provided for free unless you prefer to bring your own. Guest access The kitchen, casual dining area (seats 6 and has a fireplace), and living room for your shared use. There is one car parking in a shared driveway. Two spots potentially available upon request. During your stay I pretty much stay to myself and work around the house. Other things to note I do have a small king charles chavalier, Katie, which sleeps and stays by my side. No parties, no smoking or extra visitors allowed unless pre approved. Please remark if you prefer to bring your own linens/towel.
