We are just 2 minutes from the Trout Run Trail, the Upper Iowa River & Luther College, which is just down the hill. Our lovely downtown Decorah is only 5 minutes away. This 1,300 sq. ft. space is located above the garage & is completely separate from the main home. There is a private entrance to the loft with a keypad entry. You will have access to the entire space. There is a full kitchen, washer & dryer, a private deck off of the living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The loft is completely separate from the main home. There are stairs inside. Also, my husband plows snow, so during the winter months, if it were to snow during the night, we would need to open the garage door early morning - around 2:30-3:00 am to get the plow truck out.
