Walk or bike to the Asbury Park boardwalk and pavilions in 10 minutes. This is a great family home for a summer getaway. The space THIS RENTAL IS FOR THE 2ND & 3RD FLOORS OF THE HOUSE. You’ll have two private entrances to the entire 2nd and 3rd floors of the house including two decks. The 2nd floor has the open plan living room and kitchen with dining nook, laundry, full bathroom, two bedrooms and the huge deck surrounded by sky and trees. The 3rd floor has two full bedrooms and a den with a pull out sofa, a full bathroom, kitchenette and deck overlooking the neighborhood. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cooktop and oven along with all the cookware, dishes, silver and glassware, blender and items you'll need to create the perfect meals. There are tons of board games, plenty of beach towels and many spots to relax at the house. Guest access This rental is a 2000 sq ft private 2nd and 3rd floor unit of our home. You’ll climb 8 steps to the front porch where your private front door entrance is on left with a lockbox for your key. Inside stairs take you straight up to the 2nd floor and 3rd floors. An additional exterior stair at the side of the house take you to directly to the rear decks and the kitchen. The large deck is the perfect place to dine outdoors overlooking the neighborhood and beautiful gardens. The revitalized Boardwalk offers great shopping, dining and views of one of the East Coast's most beautiful beaches. First developed in the 1880s as a resort town it boasts a plethora of spectacular Victorian homes. The beacon of the beachfront is the Beaux Arts style Convention Hall, which bestrides the Boardwalk at the northern end. Asbury Park launched Bruce Springsteen into the world, and has remained a music mecca with concerts in Convention Hall (capacity 4ooo) The Paramount Theater (Capacity 2000) and the legendary Stone Pony all year round. The boardwalk is punctuated with shopping pavilions, a water park, mini golf, Paradise - at the Empress Hotel - the largest gay nightclub in New Jersey, and unique shopping downtown on Cookman Ave. NJ transit trains leave hourly from NY Penn station and arrive in Asbury Park in less than two hours.
