One bedroom (Rice Paddy Room) in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom recently renovated house. Equipped with premium cable/internet and central AC throughout, it is centrally located to everything in Woods Hole and Main Street, Falmouth where you will find the best restaurants and bars as well as the best beaches in town. The space There are 2 guest rooms available for rent (described below). THIS LISTING IS FOR THE RICE PADDY BEDROOM. Both are furnished with comfy bedding, a dresser, and side table. The shared living room has a large sectional couch and the 55" TV has all the premium channels. The kitchen, dining room, and grill are yours to use if you wish to cook and eat meals at the house. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer located in the basement. I live on the second floor part time and have my own living room and master bedroom, so I spend most of my time up there when I am at the house. I do have a dog that lives at the house with me. She is an 11 year old Keeshond and is very friendly. They will also have access to the back yard and one parking spot in the driveway. During your stay I live at the house, so I am always available whether it be in person or over the phone. As I grew up in Falmouth, I am able to help with any suggestions you may be looking for. Other things to note Occasionally I will have guests over on the weekends to have dinner and drinks. By no means is this a party house, but at the same time there is a good chance I will have friends and/or family over for a cookout if you are staying with me during a weekend. And of course, you will be more than welcome to join the fun!
