FABULOUS BAYFRONT house with wrap around decks to watch amazing sunsets! 3BR 1.5 baths with a fully stocked kitchen.(2nd floor with 3 br and a full bath may be rented for an additional chg) Comfortable patio furniture, rockers, sofas & chairs. Kayaks, paddle board, board games, Corn Hole & even Giant Jenga. Dock for fishing. Steps from tennis/basketball courts, a hockey rink, skatepark, baseball & soccer areas. The beach, grocery store restaurants and bars are only a 2-3 blocks walk! The space Outstanding bayfront house has a modern luxury beach vibe. It was built in 1906 and has been recently renovated. Everyone who visits falls in love with it! I hope you will too! It is cozy and I hope you will find it has everything you might need. TV's work on Firesticks as well as cable. Washer and Dryer for your convenience. Small dog friendly with approval & a $100 fee paid after booking, but before the stay. Family friendly! No large unrelated groups and no parties/events. This is the quiet section of the island. There is a 2nd floor with 3 additional bedrooms, sitting room and a bathroom which, if available, you may also rent until the end of Sept. Guest access Keyless entry allows for easy access into the house. Ground floor is parking and a very large deck and dock with bay access (does not include docking rights). One of our boatslip is rented full time. The first fl has 3br 1.5 bath, kitchen, dining area and family room. Large wrap around decks! Families preferred! Other things to note You supply your own linens/towels/comforters to be as safe as possible. (There is 1 king, 2 double, 1 queen (including the sofa bed.) I can arrange linen service for you should you require that service. Please note living on the bay has the potential for windy conditions. You will need to take out and put back the patio furniture from the front of the house from time to time. Also when the tides are exceptionally high there may be flooding in the driveway. Parking is available on higher ground one block away. No events or parties are permitted. Only those on the rental contract may be on the property. If not, the owner has the right to end the contract and ask the renters to leave immediately. This is the quiet side of the Island, we ask renters to be respectful of the neighbors and laws. :)
