Amazing location! We are the local owners and live in/love our gorgeous 1864 brick mansard on historic Bigelow Street (off Massachusetts Ave) Mid-Cambridge. Our 1 bedroom apartment comes fully furnished and immaculate upon your arrival and includes all utilities (high speed WIFI, AC, heat, hot water, etc.). No smoking anywhere in our apartment or building. Pets OK (depending on the pet (and our pre-approval). The space Apartment 3B is a wonderful fully furnished 1 bedroom flat with wood floors and custom built in shelving throughout (see included floor plan). Kitchen has granite counters, dishwasher, Keurig coffee and all silverware, dishware, etc. Bedroom is custom built in queen bed. Large flat screen TV with apps. All flats are fully furnished with linens and towels and initial supplies welcome kit (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, shampoo, soaps, conditioner, etc.) to start you off. Guests are welcome to use shared quarter-coin-op laundry machines in basement and there are several online no contact pickup/drop off laundry services. Bringing your car? Please be aware we do not offer any off street parking and all of Cambridge is resident street parking only throughout. That said, if you want to keep moving your car, there are 10 meter spots on our street which allow for non-resident overnight parking and there are also 2 garages nearby on Green street (behind the post office and towards MIT if you Ggle search "parking nearby"). For those needing to do errands or road-trip, we just began renting our Tesla out on demand on Turo - Our EV also has a Cambridge Sticker so you can park anywhere in Cambridge with it. Please inquire if interested. Pets might be OK depending on pet. Only pets with our approval are allowed in our building at any time, No smoking anywhere in our apartment or building. We are NOT flexible on our smoking rules. Guest access entire private apartment and building common areas.
