Well appointed 2 bed 1.5 bath plus outdoor shower cottage in the heart of Dennis Port, Cape Cod. Walking distance to Sea Street Beach, 1/2 a mile to Dennis Port village and a 2 block walk to Swan Pond public boat landing. The house accommodates 6 and is a year round rental. WiFi enabled with a smart TV (no cable). Perfect mid cape location. Outside shower available during summer months. June through August requires 5 day minimum, with no Sunday checkout. Renters must be at least 25. The space We try to keep this place clean, fresh and open, but also maintain the charm of the old cape house with its original floors. Enjoy the large master bedroom suite, a bright living room with a sleeper futon and another half-bath with a washer and dryer. Original old style stairs lead to a cozy bedroom up top with two beds and a writing desk. The kitchen is freshly stocked with new appliances and cookware and there's a large dining area for gatherings of family and friends. Grill out on the deck or just enjoy hanging out in the backyard. Outdoor shower available during summer. Guest access Guests will have access to the full house, driveway, backyard, deck and grill, and a few play things in the garage. Other things to note Please note that this is an old cape house and the original stairs to the upper level bedroom are steeper than modern day stairs. They may not be appropriate for everyone. Covid update: Our cleaning team will do an even deeper cleaning between each guest and remove / launder all linens between guests. The increased cleaning fee reflects their extra time and work.
