Please note the the home is one half of a duplex, so you may be able to hear sounds from the neighboring unit if it is occupied at the same time. The home is also located on busy street, so traffic sounds can be heard during the day, but quiet down at night. This is a perfect setting for an individual or couple looking to explore the city! If you are driving in, there is free parking on the street, but it is on a first-come, first-served basis.
