*Location is ideal* Located on possibly the best beach block in Avalon, this vacation home ("Villa Lil Avalon") is the 3rd house from the beach. No need to cross any streets (great for kids). This beach is one of the more private beaches on the island. The home itself has been meticulously maintained. The ocean vistas from the home are sensational. With a pool measuring 16x32, you'll enjoy one of the largest pools in Avalon. Plenty of space surrounds the pool for lounging or bbq grilling. Between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend we require a 7 night minimum (weekly rental).
