The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cookware needs and has a washer and dryer. Come spend your evenings with family and friends by the fire pit overlooking the ocean! Guest access Guest have complete access to the house, beach chairs, sand toys, private beach, sandboxes, 2 kayaks, and gas grill. Other things to note We do our best to maintain the furniture in the three seasons porch area; however, unpredicted weather and ocean mist can dampen the cushions/rug so we just want to be fully transparent with guests on the matter! Amenities: -This property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. -The beds are fully made & ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens. -Visiting like a local means being neighborly.
