The fully stocked kitchen includes all the cookware and essentials needed for your stay, along with the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. The open-concept living area features incredible ocean views and opens to a screened-in porch and wraparound deck — perfect for taking in the coastal scenery. The home also offers indoor and outdoor dining for up to 10 guests, along with a comfortable outdoor sectional for gathering and unwinding by the water. After a day at the beach, gather with family and friends around the outdoor fire pit and enjoy peaceful evenings overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Guest access Guest have complete access to the house, beach chairs, sand toys, private beach, sandboxes, 2 kayaks, and gas grill. Other things to note We do our best to maintain the furniture and amenities in the three-season porch area; however, due to its partially outdoor nature, unpredictable weather and ocean mist may occasionally dampen the cushions or rug. We want to be fully transparent with guests that this can happen from time to time. In the event of severe weather, the porch may be boarded up to help protect the home and furnishings and, most importantly, to ensure guest safety. We appreciate your understanding that these measures are weather-dependent and may be necessary with little notice. Amenities: -This property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. -The beds are fully made & ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens. - We do our best to keep the propane tanks full for your stay. However, if a tank happens to run out, we may not be able to replace it immediately. If needed, please feel free to have it refilled, and we will gladly reimburse you for the cost! -Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate of the neighbors at all times.
