Large Apt Bayou St John/City Park 3 miles to Dome

Great staycation spot or weekend get away. Saltwater pool right out the back door. We are taking Covid-19 seriously and will not permit guests to host parties for friends and family who are not guests. Sprawling apartment is located on ground floor of larger house. We live above on main floor with 10 year old boy and 2 dogs. If you are looking to sleep in on vacation, this is NOT your place. Noise in our old house travels. The space 1700 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathroom ground floor apartment. Open kitchen, dining and living room area. Three bedrooms each with with king bed, queen bed, and queen bed with two twins in the third bedroom. Pool (non-heated) in backyard. Washer and dryer in apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three story house (owners live on 2nd and 3rd floor) and the ceiling height is 7 feet. Apartment has private entrance and is separate from owners portion of the house. Travertine flooring, bathtub in one of the bathrooms, linens and towels provided, and back patio to enjoy the outdoors with a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the afternoon. Guest access Apartment has it's own entrance on the ground level that is accessed half way down the driveway. The house sits behind a locked 8 foot wrought iron fence. If you have guests over, you are responsible for having them contact you directly. The door bell only rings in our part of the house. Other things to note NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS allowed. We live on the main floor and are a family of two adults, a child, and two dogs. We try and keep things quiet up here until 7 am on the weekdays and 10 am on the weekends. If you are a group that has fun all night and wants to sleep all day, this is probably not the best fit. We will wake you up. This apartment is best suited for travelers that are up during the day too.
