Have friends and family come stay right next door and enjoy their amazing cocktails after a long day walking around. For those coming with a car, free street parking is available in front of the house or on the same block, just take note of street sweeping days. You're walking distance to the city's most famous streets, restaurants, and other attractions, but without feeling like you're in a loud neighborhood.
