Private house right behind the Washington Inn. 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and dining room. Master bedroom has queen size bed. Second bedroom has 2 twins and fold up cot. Great for small families or couples. Wifi and smart TVs in BRs and LR. Outback is a nice private fenced in yard. Outside shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach and private parking for up to 2 cars. We are a pet friendly rental with a pet fee of $100 per dog. The space The space is open and airy with bright welcoming colors. Plenty of room in the living room. Nice pub height dining room in kitchen. And the backyard is private for relaxing evening outside. Guest access You'll have the whole house to yourself. We will give you access code a week before you arrive. Just get in touch with us : ) Other things to note Please note that we do not provide linens. You may bring your own or there is a local service in town (linenladies.com) that provides all types of linens to rent. And they leave them at the front door of the house. During summer months (6/24 - 8/2) we require 7 night minimum stays with check in/out on Saturdays.
