Exemption 24-XSTR-19341 The space This is a private room in a cozy, artsy big historical 5 bedroom guesthouse in Historic Tremé . There is a shared living room, spacious kitchen, and two shared bathrooms with showers at the rear of the house. The fenced lit up backyard is also accessible to guests. We are always at home and are very dedicated to keeping the common spaces squeaky clean for guests. WE ARE EXEMPT FROM HOSTING SERVICE ANIMALS: Airbnb has granted us an exemption from hosting service animals in our shared space due to safety concerns for other guests. We do not serve breakfast. Only complimentary coffee every morning! Guest access A code will be given to guests for access to the house. Each room has a lock on the door and a key is provided. PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN ROOM KEY TO DOOR LOCK BEFORE CHECKOUT. During your stay We do our absolute best to accommodate our guests while they enjoy their stay in our home. We have a book of personal recommendations on the kitchen table, or ask us directly and we will tell you our latest favorite spots in the city. We keep it laid back so we are here if you need us but also giving you your space if you don't. Other things to note CHECK IN IS AT 2 PM Rooms cannot be guaranteed ready for occupancy until 2 pm. However, if an early arrival is necessary, guests are allowed to leave their belongings in the common areas until check in time. CHECK OUT IS AT 11 AM In order to ensure ample time to get the room ready for our next guest, we require a strict 11 am check out time. However, if needed, a guest is more than welcome to leave their belongings in the common areas until their departure. MAXIMUM 2 OCCUPANTS PER ROOM This room has one queen size bed.
