Great backyard area. Central AC & Split system. The space WHY THIS PROPERTY? . The house has been extensively renovated for modern living and still offers Victorian authenticity. We have central air and split system AC. We have a deck and a backyard with Weber grills. We are 3 blocks to the beach, 5 minutes-I have timed it. We offer a beach cart, badges, chairs and umbrella. We are at the wider part of the street so you can double park to unload without blocking traffic. We are up enough from beach and north side to make parking a bit more available but still 5 minute walk to beach and Main Street. 10 minute walk into Asbury bars, restaurants etc. Also we are adjacent to block of St Pauls Church which has a whole entire street with no houses, which means better odds for parking. Guest access You have access to unit 2 which is floors 2 and three of a two family house. You have exclusive access to upstairs deck and backyard. Sideyard is shared for walk through and hose use. Porch is for unit 1 Other things to note Garbage and recycling is on the west side of the house. Please be courteous and take garbage out as required in house rules etc.
