Fully furnished room in a finished basement with individually controlled heat. The room comes with a microwave and mini-fridge. In addition there is a television with an Amazon Fire Stick. The bathroom is shared with one other guest. The space The house is on a quiet dead-end street. There is a CVS, Dollar-Tree, Family Dollar, Burger King, Pizza/Sub Shop, Chinese Restaurant, Liquor Store, ATM all in walking distance. There are several supermarkets and other restaurants a short drive away. There is a mall, Dave and Busters, and movie theater within a 15 minute drive. Guest access Guests can use the washer and dryer, bathroom, backyard, and deck. During your stay Our family lives upstairs, however we value your privacy. You would only see us if we come downstairs to use the laundry or if we are cleaning the other room in the basement. Guests can call or text us anytime. Other things to note The private entry is through the bulkhead but it is well lit and safe.
