This Hotel Style Room has it's own lanai, pvt entrance, microwave, small refrigerator and coffeemaker. Property is located right across the street from beautiful beaches that offer snorkeling, swimming, surfing, SUP and more. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery. The space This is a completely separated space from the main part of the condo. There is a separate entrance and separate private lanai. Although there are no complex laundry facilities there is a laundromat within a 10 min drive. The unit is conveniently located to the parking. Guest access You will have the second side of a 2B/2B unit with it's own separate entry and lanai. There is a connecting door that is securely lock at all times between the two rooms. There will be no contact with the owner that occupies the main side. Other things to note The Maui Banyan has a new Registration and Parking Policy, guests are required to Register at the Maui Banyan Aston Front Desk upon arrival. The Office is open 9-9 and if it is closed please return the following morning to Register. There will be a $25 fee for the stay. This property has a Parking Garage and there are open spaces for guests. Just look for spots that DO NOT have a Reserved for Owner sign. There are also several parking lots that are open in all spaces. Please always keep your Parking Pass on the dash when parked.
