Summer is coming, that's when Falmouth is best!

Falmouth beaches are great year round. Falmouth is fully open with lots of great live music on weekends and trivia in many different locations mid week. The weather is generally warm enough now for hiking, biking, golf and scenic beach walks. I charge a minimal cleaning fee & ask you to respectfully treat the space with care and clean up after yourself. I make sure the space is more diligently cleaned and disinfected between guests. Sorry but this is a no pet space. The space Newly renovated, clean and comfortable guest suite with private entrance. In a quiet association with tennis courts, a playground and ballfield..and water views with a small beach. The space has no a/c but has 2 ceiling fans and the temps in Falmouth tend to be 5-10 degrees cooler than Boston or Providence. The TV uses chromecast which you can access off a goggle app on your smart phone. Guest access Close to Menahaunt and Bristol beach, the ferry to Martha's Vinyard, Woods Hole, and Mashpee Commons Other things to note Local restaurants include, Liam Maguire's Irish Pub, Anejo Mexican Bistro, DJ's Wings, Divine Pizza Co., Green Pond Fish Market and so many more. There is also a great local, independent book store - Eight Cousins. You can always find a good book, game, puzzle there.
