Walk to Beach from Sea Salt Cottage

A beautiful summer home nestled in the heart of historic Brewster. Our home is situated in a wonderful, family area that is a 10 minute walk to 2 beautiful Cape Cod Bay beaches - Saints Landing and Mants Landing beaches - walk out on the flats for miles when the tide goes out. The house has been recently renovated with an open and bright floor plan. The space The house is a perfect beach getaway for a family get together or two couples and their kids! Our house is 2300 square feet plus a 250 square foot screened in porch. The kitchen, living room, main bathroom and 3 bedrooms are on the main floor and the studio style fourth bedroom and second living room are on the first floor. LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the main living room, second living room or screened in porch. There is a large sectional couch in the living room, the kids can relax and watch movies on the other sectional couch in the second living room or you can enjoy the ocean breeze from the outdoor seating in the screened in porch. Our home has central A/C, 2 new 65” smart TVs and WIFI throughout. KITCHEN AND DINING The renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances - fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave - and all the essentials - coffee maker, toaster, cookware, knives and cooking utensils. The center island provides ample space to prepare meals or you can grill on the Weber gas grill on the large deck out back and enjoy the private backyard. Enjoy your meals on the patio table and chairs on the deck or in the large dining table. BEDROOMS AND BATHS The master bedroom has 2 queen beds with an attached bathroom. We recently added a laptop workstation to give guests a quiet place to work while the family is on vacation. The second and third bedrooms share the main bath, the second bedroom has a king sized bed and the third bedroom has matching twin beds. All beds have luxury 14” or memory foam mattresses. The studio style fourth bedroom is on the first floor, it has its own full bathroom and has 2 king sized beds. Guest access Self Checkin - We will send you a key code for the smart lock. Other things to note Please let me know if you prefer to bring your own linens. Otherwise LINENS AND BATHROOM TOWELS are included. However, please bring your own BEACH TOWELS. Please Note: The nightly rate does NOT include the Massachusetts Short-Term rental Tax of 14.45% effective July 1, 2019. The occupancy tax will be added to the payment calculation at the time of booking.
