Modern JP Townhouse w Parking - quiet & convenient

Hi! Welcome to my beautiful place in the coolest part of Boston! Mine is a well-appointed two-story townhome on a quiet street in fabulous JP. My place has its own off-street parking spot, beautiful windows and light, central heat and air conditioning, and all modern appliances including dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas stove and oven, microwave, and even instant hot water! (Please note that my house is not child-friendly and is available for two people maximum.) The space I am a musician, and when I'm out of town for work or touring, I offer my place to people who want to spend time in Boston. This is actually my own house where I live, so my personal things are in it, including a keyboard in the living room if you feel like playing music. Please note that there is no TV in my home. Although there are two bedrooms, I only list one, because the other one is used for storage when I am out of town. The bedroom where you will stay has lots of windows that open, but stylish blackout curtains keep out light and insulate for sound, too. There is an empty dresser and closet so you have room to unpack. I have excellent wifi throughout the house, as well as ethernet connections in the bedroom, living room, and even the basement! The downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room with a very comfortable leather sofa, beautiful artwork, and great lighting. If you like to cook, my kitchen is small but mighty. It is well-supplied with plenty of good cookware, knives, cutting boards, spices, etc. The kitchen table is counter height and can be used as extra work space. I love my house, and I think you will, too! P.S. If you're not from Boston, then you probably think the cleaning fee is high. FYI, 100% of the fee goes directly to a woman-owned small business. They provide their own supplies and tools and do all the laundry every cleaning. The company is reliable and does a fantastic job, and this is a competitive but fair wage for this area. Guest access You have the whole house with two private entrances and your own off-street parking place located in the paved driveway in front and to the left of my unit. (WARNING: don't park in the parking lot behind the complex as it belongs to my neighbors, and you will get towed.) Other things to note My house doesn't have a TV, but there is excellent wifi internet that works great for me for streaming. I also have ethernet connections in the bedroom and in the living room.
