Treat yourself to a getaway at my newly renovated nautical themed home nestled in Winthrop’s charming friendly seaside neighborhood close to Logan Airport and downtown Boston. We are delighted to offer you a spacious private bedroom with full bed, refrigerator & AC. You’ll share my home with me (Shirley) my two cats, Caleb & Otto and one other airbnb guest room. For an additional $40 you have access to the Sky Lounge overlooking Boston harbor. You would share the rest of my home with us. The space Welcome to our two family newly renovated home with gleaming hardwood floors and lots of natural light throughout. Newly renovated updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and newly renovated bathroom. Relax on the porch or the back deck and enjoy the sea breezes. You'll have your own spacious private bedroom with a full size comfy bed, night stands, dresser, chair, closet and refrigerator. The bedroom overlooks part of Boston harbor with beautiful sea breezes. The rest of the home is shared with me your host, my son and one other Airbnb bedroom. Please remember my historic 100 yr old home comes with the character of a true New England home including creaky floor boards, stiff doors, etc. Laundry facilities for guests staying 4 nights or more. Guest access Private bedroom. Shared bathroom. Other common areas include the front room, dining room, kitchen, front porch and back deck. Off street parking is provided. Access to the Sky Lounge experience for an additional $30 available. A unique observation and comfortable lounge experience that is an added bonus as well enhanced Airbnb experience This lounge is $40 extra if wanting access open 12noon to 10pm during your stay .Quiet hours are 10pm-8am .Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the lounge or inside our home. During your stay I'm Shirley your host. I live here in the third bedroom of my charming three bedroom home. You are welcome to relax and chat with me and the other guests in the common areas or retreat to your spacious private bedroom for some R&R, the choice is always yours.
