THIS IS A ONE BEDROOM CONDO THAT INCLUDES CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, A KING SIZE BED, AND AN OCEAN VIEW. YOU ARE CLOSE TO SEVERAL BEACHES, GROCERY STORE,RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING! The space ABOUT THE CONDO... This is a great location in west Maui, just a couple minute drive to Whalers Village in Ka'anapali and 4 miles to Kapalua. Kaanapali Shores Resort is considered a Beachfront property. The sand does come and go depending on the surf. However, the start of north Ka'anapali Beach is just a short walk away! From here you can walk all the way to Whalers village in Ka'anapali if your heart desires. Inside the unit you will find an assortment of beach gear, such as beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and more!! This is a spacious one bedroom and one bath condo with ocean views from the lanai and portions of the living area. The unit is located on the north side of the building on 5th floor, unit #524. The unit has been recently updated with granite countertops, cabinets and flooring. The unit can sleep up to four guests' comfortably. The bedroom provides a King size bed and a TV: along with a dresser and closet for your belongings. The newer sofa in the living area has a pull-out queen size sofa sleeper with a 6 inch mattress. Other furniture in the living space include a dining table for 4 guests' and a TV & DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave; along with dishes, utensils and cookware. The unit does provide free basic cable, and Wifi. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit for your use. This is a private rental, there is no daily maid service. The unit is cleaned prior and after your departure. We include a basic "starter" set of kitchen and bath items. If more items are needed during your stay, it's the guest responsibility to replenish what is needed for the remainder of your stay. Kaanapali Shores Resort features a onsite restaurant, a poolside bar, and a bar/lounge. Recreational amenities include 2 outdoor pools (Oceanside Pool and a newly remodeled Garden Pool), 2 jet spas, a sauna, and a public fitness facility onsite (please contact the gym for daily, weekly or monthly rates). Spa amenities include spa services, massage, beauty services, and a hair salon. Additional property amenities include business services, concierge desk, barbecue grills, and beach activities desk. The property has designated areas for smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the lanai. Ka'anapali Shores charges a daily parking fee of $9.95. Enjoy numerous water activities all right here; such as snorkeling, surfing, and paddle boarding, just to name a few. Championship golf courses are also just minutes away. Take a stroll along the boardwalk to Whaler's Village, where you will find plenty of shopping, casual and fine dining. Near the resort you will find a grocery store, farmers market, fish market, restaurants and shopping.
