All appliances are brand new and everything in the house is "smart" - front door lock, door bell, TVs, mesh WiFi, Google Home, Nest thermostat & smoke detectors, bluetooth-enabled speakers built in two of the bathrooms and ceiling speakers to play music anywhere in the house right from your phone!
