This newly renovated 4 bedroom home was decorated with artistry and located within 45 min of Philadelphia, 1hr 45 from Baltimore, 45 min from Delaware and an 1 hr to the NJ shore points! The home features 3 Queen beds, 1 King bed and 1 air mattress (Queen) for two extra guests. Includes remote code access to make your arrival easier, internet and cable TV. Taking over a year to restore its interior this home is nothing short of an amazing getaway. The home features 2 wood burning fire places inside, custom fire pit on the lake with Adirondack chairs for fireside chats and it comes complete with two stand up paddle boards and one kayak! The separate seven-person hot tub is OPEN in the Fall & Winter only. The private pool + built-in spa is open Spring & Summer. Please inquire about exact dates. Only 1 is open at a time. There are no cribs high chairs etc. nor are there safety gates for the stairs or doors leading outside. The pool does not have a gate and there is not a safety alarm warning. If your child cannot swim we suggest not renting as we will not be responsible for any injury or accident and guests agree to hold homeowner harmless in the event of an incident or accident Guest access We will provide you with a personalized code for the doors on the day of arrival. Other things to note We provide firewood for your stay! ***The house has it's own private well. The water in the home might have a slight sulfuric smell. We have installed a filtration system to remove any impurities, however the sulfur smell might linger in the water. Please know the water has been tested for purity, and is clean to drink and bathe in.*** Our house is located in a heavily wooded area. We have the perimeter of our home sprayed on a quarterly basis. You will encounter bugs and critters in the great outdoors, and we cannot guarantee what will or will not decide to fly onto our property. The separate seven-person hot tub is OPEN for the season. Noise travels far in the woods, so we please ask you to be mindful of noise levels after 10pm. Please no speakers outside after that time. Our neighbors will reach out to us if it’s loud. STORM POLICY: Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless The National Weather Service or Government Agency orders mandatory evacuations. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) when deposit has been received. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. New Jersey weather in the summer can be unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance whenever possible during these months. Check with your local insurance provider for details on your options.
