The Yellow Itsy

The Yellow Itsy is located on the grounds formerly known as the old Camp Singing Waters. The southern large wrap around porch on this cabin has breath taking view over- looking the peaceful Louisiana swamps and pond. The space It features a bedroom with a Queen-size bed, a roll-a-way bed & spacious bathroom. Family amenities provided by request (travel crib, baby monitor, etc.) The cabin equipped with a Smart TV, WIFI access and fully equipped kitchen. The porch has outdoor seating as well as a grill for outdoor cooking. Guest access Guests are invited to walk across the bridge & fish on the nearby dock, walk the trails & find locations marking key scenes in movies filmed at the studio. There are several nature trails to explore on the property, a playground area at the back of the property in our campground, a large swimming pool to enjoy during the Spring and Summer months, however no lifeguard is on duty. Other things to note RULES!!!! All Buildings are SMOKE FREE No pets without notice, no parties, no smoking inside the property, and quiet time hours begin at 10:00PM. This includes no loud music after 10:00PM. Any failure to follow these rules will result in fines. - Guest must provide names of occupants - Memorabilia is to not be tampered with and must remain in the cabin - Guest must inform host of purpose of visit- Event/Retreat/etc. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: - Please place used towels in the tub. - Please strip beds that were slept on and leave linens on top of the beds. - Please wash, dry and pick back up any dishes you may have utilized during your stay. - Please remove any food/drinks from the refrigerator - Please place ALL trash in a trash bag prior to checkout - Check out time is at 10:00AM on the day of checkout
