Private, cozy studio only minutes from downtown

Our upstairs garage apartment is located 1 mile from downtown Missoula and just over 1/2 mile from Providence St. Patrick hospital, with nearby bus routes offering free fare. Whether you're checking out a concert in the summer or skiing Snowbowl in the winter, this lovely apartment is a great home away from home. The space The apartment is a large studio space with three unique areas: sleeping space with a queen bed, living room with a futon and television, and a fully functional kitchen with pretty much everything you should need to cook a meal. The bathroom has heated floors and a tiled shower. The TV is set up with local channels and has Netflix. There are also a few DVDs with a player. There is a BBQ which is part of the shared space but is available with prior arrangements. There is a grocery store less 1/2 mile away and The Good Food store, which offers a wide selection of locally-sourced, organic and bulk options is a 5 minute drive from the apartment. There is a parking spot in front of the garage which is attached to the apartment. There is also on- street parking around our corner lot. Guest access We put a lot of time and energy into our outdoor space. We have a large tiered garden which you’re welcome to peruse, and if you hit the season right, you’re welcome to raspberries and peaches from the front yard. Fresh chicken eggs are in abundance during the warmer months. The sprinklers automatically go off between 5-6 AM so if you plan to be out early let us know and we can adjust this. Other things to note We do have two very friendly kitties and they have ventured in to the apartment from time to time, so not ideal for people with severe allergies.
