With four bedrooms, open floor concept living area and enclosed front porch there is plenty of room for everyone. There is also a shaded patio area outback with barbecue and outdoor shower. This is a family-oriented property, minimum age to rent is 25. Other things to note This rental is pet friendly, however there is an additional pet fee.
