A simple explanation/example is: If you ask for days 17 to 24, we might have days 11 to 18 and days 18 to 25 but since this is two separate reservations, our calendar can correctly show availability yet we can't provide the 7 night stay you want. We might be able to provide your stay with a 7 night plus a 1 night reservation, or two 7 night reservations, but not have a single reservation of 7 nights. A more complex answer can be summarized by saying timeshare owner reservations and ownership are traditionally in week long increments where the owners make their reservations a year in advance. When you ask to travel, we normally provide whatever reservations are left and also search the owner reservation system just in case (which is one way we can provide additional nights). But the closer to your travel dates, the fewer reservations we will have available. - ALSO, similar to above, we might have reservations for days 17 to 24 and 22 to 29. If you ask for days 19 to 28, we might fulfill your trip with two reservations which overlap. This means you will definitely change units during your stay. - ALSO if you ask for any dates other than a week long reservation arriving on Fri/Sat/Sun and we can provide it, you might have to change units during your stay. This is because you will have more than one reservation with the timeshare resort. Changing units is rare, very rare as long as the unit type is the same and the dates are concurrent (the reservation dates do not overlap - there is only the end date of the first reservation which is the same date as the beginning date of the second reservation), but it does happen. THE ONLY TIME WE WILL ASK YOUR CONCURRENCE before finalizing a booking is when you want to book a week long reservation with arrival Fri/Sat/Sun and we have to use more than one timeshare resort reservation for your dates, OR if the unit types will be different. - Reservations for longer than 7 nights will have more than one resort reservation. - Reservations for fewer than 7 nights have a higher nightly rate than shown in this listing - Reservations for length of stay other than in 7 night increments also have higher nightly rates - Reservation requests for check-in or check-out other than Fri/Sat/Sun also have higher nightly rates and will almost always have more than 1 resort reservation. People are continually asking if they can use the hotel pools and waterslides and the answer is NO. The hotels are in a completely different location and guests using this listing only use this TIMESHARE RESORT's pools and slides. ALSO because we write this about the hotels, people ask if they are restricted from using the timeshare resort pools and slides. AGAIN, if you are staying at the TIMESHARE resort, you can use ALL the amenities (including pools and slides) AT THIS TIMESHARE RESORT :) Timeshare resort guest access and charging privileges to the hotels are subject to change without notice, and restricted due to Covid. Other things to note ADDITIONAL FEES - In addition to what you pay via Airbnb, the resort may charge additional fees.
