Pool is available on grounds but closes during winter months (Sept - April). The space Very nice and well maintained complex built around the 70's with easy access to LGMC, university, local sporting events, concerts, local parks as well as downtown and the many festivals held around Acadiana. It is an attractive alternative for all who seek a private and peaceful location instead of the usual hotel or chain style unit. Condo is located on the backside of complex with a private entrance to pool and is a very quiet unit. It has a rear access road for ease of entrance and exit, nearby neighborhood grocery, drug store and several highly rated local restaurants make this a very desirable location with keyless access to unit! Wireless internet provided with a 40" flat screen TV in living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and front loading washer and dryer in the unit. This is a perfect unit for business travelers, small families or a weekend getaway for friends and couples. We have an additional Airbnb unit directly upstairs for larger groups. Lynda and I live near by and are available to answer your questions or give suggestions for your stay. Guest access Many other Airbnb units including our second floor unit are located in same building and around complex if more space is needed for additional guests during your stay. Other things to note Each unit has one designated parking space and there are plenty of extra spaces near designated space.
