There’s a paver patio with 6 chairs and a charcoal barbecue. 10 miles to Six Flags Great Adventure 10 min drive to CentraState Medical Center 6 miles to Freehold Raceway Mall 30 mins to the Jersey Shore (Point Pleasant and Belmar Beach) 3.5 miles to Monmouth Battlefield State Park and 6 miles to Turkey Swamp Park The space This is a completely private home. You will be renting the full home. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with 2 showers. This home is very close to Six Flags Amusement Park, nature parks, restaurants, and the Jersey shore. Guest access All parts of the home Other things to note * Must provide names of all guests staying in the home + Driver’s License of each guest over the age of 18 within 24 hours of booking. Otherwise booking will not be accommodated. *If the house requires additional cleaning and is left very dirty there will be an additional cleaning fee added on. Ex: dishes in the sink, garbage + recycle not taken out, stains on the furniture, sheets or blankets that do not come out, etc. *You will be charged for any damages to the home. There is a full inspection done prior to move in + after move out.
