Private one bedroom, one bath basement apartment centrally located to everything in Woods Hole and Main Street, Falmouth. The space has been recently renovated and is made up of a bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen, and private entrance which leads right to the driveway. It is also equipped with premium internet. A perfect home base for your stay on the Cape! The private basement apartment has recently been remodeled and is equipped with a full kitchen, queen size bed, comfy couch and smart TV, and private bathroom. There is also a shared laundry room with washer and dryer located on the other side of the basement. I live upstairs along with two other young professionals. I also have a dog that lives at the house with me. She is a 10 year old Keeshond and is very friendly. Guests will have sole access to the basement apartment unit as well as access to the porch, deck, and laundry room which are all shared areas on the first floor. They will also have access to the back yard and one parking spot in the driveway. I live at the house, so I am always available whether it be in person or over the phone. Because I was born and raised in Falmouth, I am always able to help with any suggestions you may be looking for. Woods Hole is a quieter part of Falmouth with many great restaurants and bars as well as the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Nobska Beach and Surf Drive Beach are both less than 5 minutes away while Falmouth Heights Beach is just under a 10 minute drive. The amazing Shining Sea Bikeway is just around the corner as well. If you are coming from Boston or Providence, there is a Peter Pan Bus terminal a mile from the house. Around town, there are public trolleys, but I would suggest using your own car or Uber/Lyft. Occasionally I will have guests over on the weekends to have dinner and drinks. By no means is this a party house, but at the same time there is a possibility I will have friends and family over for a cookout if you are staying at the house during a weekend. And of course, you will be more than welcome to join the fun!
