CHECK-OUT The following is a general check-out list for the Tenant. Kitchen: Refrigerator emptied, dishwasher emptied, trash cans emptied/trash removed from property, sand removed, all used items replaced where found. Bedrooms: Drawers checked/sand removed, trash removed from rooms, bedspreads and pillows placed on bed, sand removed. Bathrooms: Trash and sand removed from rooms. Garage: Refrigerator emptied, trash removed from property, sand swept from garage, beach toys and beach chairs rinsed and neatly replaced. General: Beach tags returned and left on bags in foyer, sand removed from all areas inside property, television and video game remotes replaced, trash recycled in proper containers, trash removed and trash liners replaced, all indoor and outdoor furniture left in the areas and order where found, clean off gas grill when finished using (while hot) (if applicable), all doors locked, all lights turned off (inside and outside), garage door locked, trash bins replaced in garage (if applicable), yard and outside areas free of trash and/or cigarette butts, outdoor shower free of items or trash. ***A $50.00 fee will need to be deducted from the security deposit if check-out list is not completed. Trash/Recycling: Must be removed from property. A city trash and recycling drop-off area is located west of the public works building (under the bridge on JFK Blvd). ***A $50.00 fee will need to be deducted from the security deposit if trash is not removed from the property and/or not recycled properly. A $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit is due at booking for week long rentals. Check-In: 3:00 PM Check-Out: 10:00 AM ***Can adjust Friday check-in and check out time for off season rentals.
