Rest assured we continue to provide additional cleaning measures and precautions during the Covid-19 pandemic.*** Cozy 2 bedroom condo conveniently located in the highly desirable University Heights neighborhood. Get in on football game day action by tailgating on our shared lawn located ~3/4 mile from Kinnick Stadium. Other fans pay to have access to the space you will be able to use for free (up to 2 cars). Additional parking/tailgating space for friends can usually be purchased on site on game day. A small Weber grill and 4 lawn chairs available upon request. Spacious grounds, in-unit laundry, and access to wifi. Multiple digital TV options for binge watching, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu Plus/Live TV with DVR (with over 75 live and on demand channels including ESPN, Big10 Network, and local channels); or enjoy one of our almost 1000 movies on Vudu on our 65" curved UHD TV. The unit is on the second floor in a shared building. Parking is available for 2 cars in back. Join in on the fun with tailgaters who pay to enjoy the great location. Additonal parking for friends or additional cars available on site for a fee the day of the game. Unfortunately this space is not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note Parking is for 2 spots in the back. If spots look full you may need to use the parking tag. Any loss of the tag will incur a fee of $100. Street parking is by permit only and is highly monitored. Please park in back so you will not receive a ticket!
