My place is in Old Silver Private Beach Village. You’ll love it because the house is a newly renovated 3 bedroom: new beds, new appliances, well equipped kitchen, patio with furniture and grill, cable , wifi and a 5 minute walk to the white sands of Old Silver private Beach. The beach has a gently sloping shoreline and fabulous sunsets. Bow window overlooks a salt water inlet and it is surrounded by a large yard with perennial gardens. Completely renovated bathroom- pics coming soon! The space The bow window overlooks a salt water tidal pond. It is a 5 minute walk to a white sand private beach. All newly painted interior with new beds, linens,couch, appliances , ac unit, outdoor furniture and grill. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note Trash day is Friday. Please put the barrels at the curb either Thursday night or early Friday morning. If trash is not put out a $30. fee will be assessed as we are charged to bring trash to the transfer station.
