Atlantic City 1 Bedroom

This is a hotel/timeshare resort. I book rooms with my family's timeshare points to rent to help pay for the maintenance fees. You check in under your own name with a guest pass I set up for you. You do not have to take a timeshare tour. MUST BE 21 with a PHOTO ID & CREDIT CARD. The resort will PUT A HOLD on the card for parking, damages & purchases. NO daily housekeeping. Paid parking for one car. $25 a night. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. . CHECK IN IS 4 PM. CHECK OUT IS 10 AM The space 9/1/23 to 9/4/23 is a one-bedroom mobility room. There is no specific room or view. Rooms are assigned by front desk at check in. You can request a room change or make other requests without my permission. All rooms have an ocean view. This is a one bedroom with a full kitchen. The kitchen has utensils, dishware and cleaning supplies. Please bring your own cooking supplies such as salt, pepper and coffee. There is one king bed and a queen sofa in the living room. Paid parking is paid directly to the front desk. Only one car is allowed to park at the resort. You can go in and out. Other cars can park across the street for a fee at Resorts Casino, This resort has free WIFI, an activity center, indoor pool and hot tub, movie theater. There is no daily housekeeping but there are washers and dryers on the 6th floor near the pool. The elevators are slow during busy times. Wait times may be 1/2 hour trying to get out at check out. If you need additional days, please ask and I will check on availability. Guest access All common areas of the hotel such as the gym, pool and activity center on the 6th floor. Other things to note At check in, the resort will place a hold on your credit card for damages, parking and purchase. I have a strict cancellation policy. But if you cancel more them 15 days before, I can provide a full refund for what I received except for the Airbnb fee. For an extra $149, the resort has an insurance policy if you need to cancel within 15 days up to 24 hours before check in. I then can give you a full refund for what I receive except for the Airbnb fee. The resort does not communicate with Airbnb. I am the contact between the resort, Airbnb and you. However, the resort can evict you for failure to follow the resorts rules without telling me. If they do, I do not provide a refund. When checking out please put the towels in the bathtub, garbage in the trash bags and run the dishwasher if there are dirty dishes and utensils. Paid parking is $25 a night and you can go in and out. Resorts Casino across the street has parking for other cars.
