Cute Dennis Port cottage with community pool. Located a 1/2 mile to the beach, close to downtown and area restaurants. Cottage is located in a nice, small, quiet community of 13 homes. It’s located on a private way, set far off of any busy streets. Nicely updated small cottage with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 has queen size bed, bedroom 2 has two twin size beds. Cottage is fully applianced, air conditioned throughout, stocked with essentials, has internet, Netflix, cable tv & more. Outside there is a nice fully fenced in backyard, deck with dining table set, powered retractable awning, gas grill, outdoor shower, hammock and clothes line. Pool is seasonal and opens around mid June and closes on Memorial Day. Only those renting are allowed at pool area. No day guests of renters may use the pool. Strictly enforced. Our community is very safe, friendly and conveniently located. You can walk to the many beaches, restaurants, shops and attractions that Dennis Port has to offer. Bike trails and bike rental shops are located a short driving distance away. Buses do run from the downtown area. Taxi’s and Uber/Lyft services are also available in the area. Pool is open for the Summer usually by mid June and closes for the season right after Labor Day. We supply pillows and comforters. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Additional linens can be provided in off season, if requested. Parking for only up to 2 cars is available. No other parking is available. Trash dumpster is located by 2nd community exit. We have pool toys, beach toys, 2 beach chairs, cooler and 2 seater kids wagon for your use. Pack and play and portable high chair also available. No onsite laundry facilities
