Just steps to nightlife, family-friendly activities and a handful of steps down to the beach! You can't get better than this - So much to do all within 30 seconds to 3 minutes away, walking distance! Walk to everything - yet we are set back from Commercial Street, down a cobblestone path to an building on the beach that is conveniently shielded from the street noise. 30 seconds to literally everything. From the deck of the two floor townhouse unit, there are views of the harbor and the Provincetown skyline. You will not find a nicer place. Here is more info on the 1 bedroom / two floor townhouse unit: There are a total of 4 townhouse units in this wonderful beachfront building. This unit is the first unit you come to at the end of a cobblestone path, and is also an end / corner unit which affords it more windows and sunlight! The townhouses are located in a waterfront building which is right on the beach and in the HEART of town. The layout includes 2 floors with 1 bedroom featuring a queen sized bed, an outdoor deck, and a newly renovated kitchen and private bathroom with tub/shower. There is a large living space with an additional sofa bed. A quick walk across the deck takes you to the common stairs exclusive use for the 4 units, with just 10 steps down and your on the beach (see pics!) The base accommodations are for up to two people. There's a bedroom upstairs with a Queen sized bed, and a sofa bed in the living room that works great for the occasional guest (who doesn’t mind a pullout lol) or if you're bringing 1-2 children - please just provide us some details when booking. Surrounded by galleries, shops, restaurants and of course the beach out front - everything is walkable - NO CAR NEEDED! The location truly cannot be beat… the townhouse is located right smack in the heart of Ptown, on the beach side of Commercial Street! Be able to walk to everything within minutes - yet it is ideally set back from Commercial Street, down a cobblestone path to an area next to the beach which is nicely shielded from the street noise. The building faces east so has views that span from the library & monument, across all of Ptown with views out to the lighthouse at long point, and across the harbor, fishing fleet and waterfront. The views from the other unit (2 bedroom) are better, but the 1 bedroom has a bigger/ slightly better deck layout. There is also a 2 bedroom townhouse unit next door which can also be rented, especially useful if you are coming with friends as well and need extra space - message me for more information. At this point in the center of town, pretty much almost everything is commercial and it’s VERY hard to find a residential unit for rental that is so centrally located, that is beach-side and yet offers a quiet peaceful location. Being so super walkable to everything, you will not find a nicer more convenient location! Fast wifi internet is provided! If you need to work a little bit while you’re in town, there is a nice area to set up your laptop with great views out the picture window of the Library and out into the courtyard gardens. The unit has Air Conditioning! A brand new central A/C unit blares out nice cold air! Of course you can open up every window and get fantastic breezes off the water, but on those super hot days it’s really nice to have air conditioning! The unit has its own separate outdoor deck + sitting area and a breakfast area on the deck. From the deck you have westerly views of Ptown that include the Pilgrim Monument, the two Lighthouses of Race Point and Long Point, and some views of the harbor front. Inside from the picture window, you have great views of the Library which dominates the landscape of Ptown from afar, the Pilgrim Monument, as well as views of the gardens, and courtyard up through the cobblestone path. Your own beach is there to enjoy, just down about 10 steps from the upper deck. The living room is tastefully decorated with some local artwork and has everything you need. The one bedroom has a brand new super plush queen mattress. The kitchen is very functional and includes microwave, stainless ceramic top stove, stainless fridge and thankfully, a *washer and dryer* which is a rarity around here. With 50 restaurants to try out within a five minute walk, you may be doing a lot of eating out but the unit is set up with a nice kitchen should you desire to make a meal and eat alfresco out on the deck or comfortably inside on a hot day in the air-conditioning right at the dining room table! The location is in the downtown/East End Gallery District area between the cross streets of Johnson and Center Streets, across from the brand new Library (with internet access!), and near Harbor Lounge, The Patio, Essential's Convenience, Far Land Provisions, Squealing Pig, Pepe's Wharf, etc. All these places are just steps away, yet the unit offers a quiet haven for those concerned about excessive noise (Noisy places like the Boatslip, Crown and Anchor, etc are far enough away that we don't hear them!) Local property management is available to assist if you should have problems during your stay. A little word/suggestion about getting here…Many people do arrive to Provincetown via a Cape Air flight, Bus or the Ferry. Although you can find free parking all over town, if your driving in and you would prefer the convenience we can provide additional information on parking lots - several are close by - if needed! We have been around for 25+ YEARS! Guest access Whole Unit. Many parts of the association pathways and decks are shared, but you do have a dedicated portion of the building's wrap around deck that is exclusive to this unit. Guests can not bring animals because of the strict association rules and shared spaces that impact fellow guests. In addition, one of the owners has severe allergies. Please contact us if you need guidance, because we in fact do have other animal friendly options. Other things to note The best restaurants on the East Coast are just a quick walk away. This is one vacation where we suggest you plan eating out as there are many fine choices here in town just minute walk away! ANIMALS: Guests can not bring animals because of the strict association rules and shared spaces that impact fellow guests. In addition, one of the owners has severe allergies. PARKING: Street parking can be found for free on Bradford st, and many side streets especially off of Commercial street west of Pearl. There are metered spots and many Private and Public Paid lots closeby to this unit, the closest being directly behind the unit at Johnson street. We provide information in the arrival instructions for several lots close by. If you can also arrange for a Provincetown Visitor Limited or Expanded Permit, which provides Parking options throughout town for up to the entire year - depending on the length of your stay this might be a good option for you and they do arrange for after hours pickups if arranged ahead of time! A little word/suggestion about getting here and parking arrangements…Many people do arrive to Provincetown via a Cape Air flight, Bus or the Ferry. If you are driving in - although you can find free parking all over town on Bradford street and many side streets, there are also many paid parking lots - several are close by - details will be provided if needed! Please understand - Airbnb only has one option to provide information on parking which states "Parking available on premises" - "On Premises" is not accurate, there are several paid lots closeby including one directly behind / adjacent to the property a the end of Johnson Street & Commercial. NO SMOKING: Please note we have a strict NO vaping/ NO smoking / NO 420 policy on the property. The condo association asks that guests not smoke in the common areas. 10 steps down there is a public beach that is off of the property and available for smokers.
