Welcome to our (little) Villa on Vassar! Our home is ready to host you and your loved ones for a wonderful visit to the Shore. Some of our highlights: we are located half a block from the bay and just 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk! We have outdoor patios with comfy seating in both the front and back, as well as a 2nd floor balcony so that you never miss the sun! The space Our home is perfect for families and friends looking for a cozy getaway by the beach. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Double Bed with Walk in Closet | Bedroom 3:Double Bed | Bedroom 4: Twin Beds with Balcony 2 Full Bathrooms, plus an Outdoor Shower! KITCHEN: Fully equipped, cooking basics, coffeemaker (both traditional and Keurig), dining table LIVING ROOM: Flat-screen TV, working fireplace, hardwood flooring, WiFi OUTDOOR SPACES: Front patio with seating and a lovely porch swing. Back patio with BBQ and table and cushy seats for 4. Upstairs bedroom balcony with seating.
