Welcome to The Bungalow by the Bay, our charming home on the Delaware Bay. The Bungalow is 3 blocks from the sandy bay beach in the historic fishing village of Villas, NJ. This is the place to enjoy the best sunsets on the East Coast. Drink in hand, you can stroll to the bay to celebrate the end of another gorgeous day of vacation. With families in mind, we have created a cozy space that's ideal for beach living, relaxing and sightseeing. *please review house rules before you book* The space Our home offers a modern, open concept floor plan with large living room, dining room and kitchen. We have 3 large, stylish bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need for cooking, eating and drinking. We have two furnished decks. There is a full laundry on site and a brand new outdoor cedar shower. We offer wifi, and YouTubeTV on a single smart tv in the main living space. Guest access The entire house and partially fenced yard. Private Parking for 3 vehicles. We offer 3 beach cruiser bikes and 1 adolescent bike, please bring you own helmets. Other things to note Things we provide: - Our mattresses and pillows are covered with waterproof protectors and sanitized between stays. We do NOT provide linens or towels. -Kitchen-dishes, pots and pans, utensils and everything you need to cook, drink and clean. -bedroom 1-King ensuite with ceiling fan -bedroom 2-queen and twin XL with ceiling fan -bedroom 3- queen with ceiling fan -large sectional sofa -front deck with seating to enjoy bird song and morning coffee -large deck off of main living space with everything you need to prepare and eat a family meal al fresco-(umbrella, rug, table, chairs, brand new gas grill) -locked shed to store your beach gear -brand new cedar shower -hoses at front and back of house to rinse your sandy feet Exclusive extras for our guests -5 beach chairs -Large beach umbrella -1 beach cart -3 adult bicycles-byo helmets -2 kayaks with transport caddies -Gas grill -Front porch furniture -Outdoor dining furniture on deck -Outside cedar shower -Private parking for 3 cars *Please note, guests will need to provide their own sheets and towels.
