Direct access to beach on the private boardwalk directly across the street on Beach Point and a mile from center of P-town. July-Aug require 6 night minimum. The space Home has washer and dryer, fully equipped chef's kitchen, soft comfortable sheets and towels, and all new appliances. Best of all, beautiful water views from every window. Other things to note Months of July and August require at least a 6 night reservation. Ample parking, large front patio. We do not allow for parties and total guests cannot exceed 8 people.
