The space In our TING - guesthouse, you will experience Montana at its finest. Experience the magic of the Treasure State in our exclusive vacation guest house. (Please note: You are not renting the main house!) Savor the sweeping panoramic views of the Missouri River, Lake Hauser, and the Helena City Valley from your room, perched on a hilltop overlooking our 40 acres of forested land. Note: The TING guest house is comfortably laid out for 4 person. Any additional guest please add $35 per night. Max. 6 guests. Just to make it absolutely clear: You are renting the GUEST HOUSE. We, the owners and hosts live in the adjacent main house and are there for you, whenever you need help. The TING is like a five-star resort, but you’ll never have to worry about other guests. Our luxury guest house villa has two air-conditioned master king suites, outfitted with fine linens and bedding, plus walk-in closets and spa-inspired bathrooms. It features a four-person steam sauna and shower, as well as a meditation room. You’ll be able to breathe in the fresh mountain air with a 270 degree wrap-around balcony overlooking the whole valley. The TING is a place for gathering. Take advantage of an open concept, fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen overlooks the beautiful living room, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV with access to Hulu, Netflix and YouTube tv. Connect your own Spotify account with our Sonos sound system, and enjoy your music throughout the entire house. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring nature to you in this luxurious villa. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, in case you don’t want to quite get away from it all. A full 800 sq.f gym, Laundry facilities, an office, are also included in the guest house. The rental calendar fills up pretty quickly. We do have a 5-night minimum policy. Guest access As our guest, you’ll also have access to other amenities on the property. An enchanting infinity waterfall leads to a state of the art, stainless steel outdoor swimming pool—and it’s always at 90 degrees from May to mid October. There are two outdoor showers, a six-person jacuzzi hot tub, a steam sauna, a Finnish sauna, and a well-equipped gym. You’re also welcome to our more recreational amenities, including a 7-hole putting green wit 50-yard approaches, a horseshoe track, and a full size Boccia court. But don’t let your stay be all work and no play: you’ll also have at your disposal a covered outdoor fire-pit, pool house, and Tiki bar. We even have a beach! Our "Private South Beach" features fine grain white sand and lounge chairs, from where you can bask in the sun overlooking the pool, garden, and Hauser Lake. TING is located one mile from Lake Hauser and 15 minutes from the richly historic Helena, MT. For fly fishing enthusiasts, we are just thirty-five minutes to the fly-fishing town Craig and the headwaters of the Missouri River. For skiers, we are 30 minutes to Great Divide. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, come and make TING your home base in “The Last Best Place.” WEDDINGS: Yes, we do allow a limited number of weddings at the TING. Max guests 80. We do have a beautiful hexagon white wedding tent. Minimum rental for a wedding is 7 days. Have your wedding and spend your relaxing honey moon here at the TING. Additional costs to hold the wedding do apply. We can recommend caterers and chefs. You need to rent your own chairs and tables from local rental companies.
