The home has wifi, full laundry/bath/and kitchen and 2 off street parking spots. The guest house is one level, and is a perfect size for accommodations during a trip. With 2 decks, and a patio, there is room to sit and enjoy the outdoors, or grill some food. There are 4 beds total. One queen bed is in the first bedroom, and the softer queen is in the back large bedroom. The twin beds are both in the same room, and one is soft, while the other is harder. The bedrooms, baths, laundry area, and other areas are furnished and stocked. Inside, there are games, books, DVD's, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, wine glasses, cooking utensils, knives, cutting trays, baking pans, tin foil, saran wrap, some spices, and a lot more. The kitchen also has a toaster and coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, range, and fridge. The large bedroom has the children's items which include a pack'n'play crib, toys, books, 2 booster seats, and a queen size air mattress is also located in the closet. In the other closet is a box fan, coat hangers, and some blankets. The living room and dining area has a kitchen table and chairs, fire extinguisher, a 3 person and 2 person couch as well as other seating. The shelves have books and games, and the TV and computer are located here as well. In the bathroom, there are shampoo, towels, soap, toilet paper, and some cleaning supplies. Guest access Front yard is a small sunken patio, landscaped with local boulders and many native plants. Also in the front is a large fenced and private deck with sun shade and grill. The back yard has another deck, landscaped raised beds, and a small grassy area. Other things to note Internet and other instructions will be sent to you in an automated email through AirBnB just before you arrive. Access instructions are also sent in an automated email before your arrival. Generally, you will have complete access without needing to contact us, but we are always available.
