We welcome families and groups OVER 25 years old. Sorry-no senior week or prom groups. Updated 5 bedroom beach house located on the corner of Atlantic Ave & Morning Glory Road in Wildwood Crest New Jersey. This home boasts the look of the beach inside and out & has been remodeled specifically with family vacations in mind. Yes – the beach house offers central air conditioning & every amenity needed for your vacation pleasures! WiFi.The perfect vacation location–right in the center of everything The space Updated 5 bedroom, 2 full bath home with tastefully decorated beach décor and central air conditioning. Private parking for up to 5 plus cars – leave your car and walk to everything – no need to pay the astronomical parking fees to go to the boardwalk and beach. Located between Morning Glory and Atlantic Avenues just 1 and 1/2 blocks to the boardwalk and beach Wildwood is also a free beach – no beach tags required All this and a single family beach house which means no loud or rowdy neighbors above or below you – what more could you ask for? Well there is plenty more … This beautiful Beach House boasts the look of the beach on the inside and outside of the home and was remodeled specifically with family vacations in mind. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room!! This home is fully stocked and upgraded. The floors are beautiful Hardwood and Pergom! After soaking up the sun at the beach, come home and relax and watch television on the many flat screen televisions with Xfinity. This single family beach house offers: The house also has air conditioning and Ceiling fans in every room. Five nice sized bedrooms and two full baths. Sleeps 10-14 people Once you walk through the front door you can leave the stress of your lives in the car and just relax and enjoy the amenities. Guest access Pillows, blankets and mattress pads are provided for all beds, sleeper sofa. Please bring along towels and linens as these are not provided. If you prefer to have your towels and linens on site, please let us know in advance and we can arrange a service to provide them at a nominal fee. Other things to note We rent to families and responsible groups over the age of 25 only. We do not rent to prom groups or senior week groups. Sorry - no exceptions. We require that you leave the home as found - if heavy cleaning is required, tenant is responsible for costs. Tenants have the option of leaving the home clean and as they found it or pay the additional fee for a service. You must let us know your option prior to your rental period or additional fees will apply for last minute service. $500.00 security deposit - will be refunded within 10 days after your departure from the property provided the property was not damaged and does not require an heavy cleaning.
