Waterfront views from the front porch & one of the best sunsets at the Shore! Walk out your door to the Belmar Marina area, which hosts mini golf, fishing charter boats, kayak/paddleboard rentals & waterside dining. The backyard has a patio, grill, outdoor shower, and large driveway with plenty of parking (rare for Belmar!). In addition to the wraparound covered porch facing the water, the home's best feature is the very large open floor plan which combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and another room on the first floor which can also be used as a bedroom. Close to Main Street, Belmar train station, Garden State Parkway, and Asbury Park. The home also includes our infamous giant-sized adirondack chair! We enjoy hosting and love giving groups of families and friends an awesome experience in Belmar, but this is not a “party house”. In the past few years, the Belmar Marina area has gained popularity as park spaces, waterfront walkways, fishing piers, and new bars and restaurants have opened up along the Shark River. 9th Ave Pier and Marina Grille have been a big hit, where you can enjoy a waterfront drink while watching the beautiful sunset. Fishing charter boats, mini golf, parasailing, kayak/stand-up paddleboard rentals are also available in this area. The home is still close to Main Street and roughly one mile to the ocean. As an alternative to the ocean, there is also a free beach along Shark River directly across the street from the home. Parking: Three cars can easily fit in the space assigned, and additional parking is available for no cost at the adjacent side streets (K or L Street). Please be sure to keep the driveway entrance clear so that the back house is accessible (this is a fire hazard and the town can be strict!) The Belmar Train Station is a short walk Please be mindful of the shared driveway entrance and parking assignments.
